Don't limit the tiling in your kitchen to floors only, and splash backs at a push. Think larger tiled surfaces, for example full height splash backs to the ceiling, tiled pillars, windowsills, tile empty walls instead of paint, you can even use tiles as a skirting instead of wooden!
This kitchen has utilised our 3D Hexagon tiles on the peninsula, splash back and the full wall to the right. The full height wall adds interest and a tactile quality to this otherwise plain scheme.
For pattern on the wall Shoreditch is a winner. With its large print it can bring colour to neutral kitchens and add fun to any size room.
Vintage or Parisian style kitchens look fabulous with an expanse of Bologna Little Delft - as shown here white kitchen accessories and Belfast style sink complete the look.
If you are still stuck on grey check this Elle Décor Grey out in a contemporary kitchen setting. The simple but effective lights set this off a treat! The walnut shelves break it up without detracting from the feature tile.
For retro detailing look no further than Fes. Looking fab here with these unique home made shelves. Its multi colour pattern screams retro styling.
